im at a good weight i know,147 5"9 aint bad,i jus want a little bit more bulk on the shoulders,pretty quick,im willin 2 put in the hard work obviously,what should i get crackin on?u got any programmes?

u recomend a chin up bar then?i do 50 press ups a night but im a lazy **** i need 2 up that,wot bout food man?im no good with my diet,i would be 130 if i didnt have abit of a belly on me,need 2 sort that out
