KUDOS, MY TRAINING PARTNERS SPEND MORE TIME WITH ME THAN MY FAMILY. EVEN IF I MAY ONE DAY FACE THEM THEY ARE THE REALEST FRIENDS I GOT

If you're repeatedly getting the better of your sparring partner, then you need better sparring.

Of course you can take it easy on your sparring partner but don't make it a habbit, because it becomes a bad habbit to take it easy in evey single sparring. And that only works against you in competition.

First gym i ever attended, the sparrings were very tough. And they had their share of top amature fighters and two pro world champions.

The main thing is to match fighters evenly if possable, then slowing move them in with the better sparring partners. One fighter gets better, when he sparrs when one is better then him. But at the same time a boxers confidence is crushed before he can get to the next level. So again it goes back to matching the boxer with the same level of sparring partner.

i i had my first sparring today i was fighting a guy that been fighting for years and he was fighting me as if i was a pro. and all i have been taught was the jab. i think it best to match boxers up. i dont that my trainer done this.
