exige believe it or not i know alot of people talked some **** about that shadowboxing video but, i know how much of a pain it is to tape something and get it on the computer so just to make you feel more accomplished, that vid inspired me to shadowbox more and that led to me goin to a gym. copied some of your hook technique too...

and i stole that move you do that looks kinda like 2 quick feints (1 with left 1 with right or vice versa) but i dont throw feints when I do it, i move the gloves in kind of a circle really quickly. its nice for getting a reaction from someone. where'd u learn that?
