  • im back!

    i sparred at the gym for the first time in 4 months and it was a heavyweight that i took out in 2 minutes. we were going 2 minute in a half rounds,the first round i dazed him twice in which he went back to his corner each time and the last round i dazed him and the same thing,back to the corner and the last time he was bending down and i did what tyson did to hector mercedes in his first match,do uppercuts with leg power coming up and rip the body on the side and he went down and they stopped it.the dude was pretty damn stocky and hit hard when he did hit me.i have a match on oct.10th im tired of bul****ting now

        Good job, V. Way to come back strong. I know a guy your size must have some power coming from those legs, and it feels good to prove it, I bet. Keep it up and keep knockin' 'em down.

            yeah it is alot,but i might have to bump a few days of work off cause i dont wanna waste my years wondering if i coulda did it

                  Congratulations, sounds like your doing great. Make sure you don't work yourself out of sparring parters though. The goal of sparring is not to knock your opponent out, and it will hurt you if you get to the point where nobody wants to spar you, of course I'm sure you've already thought about this! Good luck for your fight.

                    dude had it coming. he was a built heavyweight that thought he would try to k.o me which i knew he would try to do.i did work on somethings though. my combos
