Lol some truth, but lets go to the example of a highschool football jock vs. light welter fight after school, you think the light welter wins? Even with the huge weight difference? No beef curious to a response just this is the way I always saw it.

I am in no way a big weight lifter bodybuilder type of person although I do lift weights explosively 4 times a week since my gym is not open in the summer, although I do cardio aswell
