All of the movement your hands make are controlled by the muscles in you forearms. Those being wrist up.
There is tissue in your hands however its not muscle tissue.
Once again there are no muscles in your hands, not even one.
There is tissue which goes from your forearm muscles to your bones which cause the movement, that tissue is however not muscle.
All of muscle that controls your hands is in your forearms. And the tissues in your are tendon tissue.
