    Yeah, the glutes are in important muscle in almost every sport. Glute Ham Raise is a good exercise if you want to hit the glutes.

            yeah man, tyson has a huge ass. look at all the top level sprinters as well, i used to sprint in highschool and i have a hugh jass.

                Chicks do check out a guy's ass. I read someplace that for chicks it's eyes, ass, & hands, in that order.

                I have found that my punches got stronger when I started doing squats. And my ass (glutes) are far stronger -- and sexier, sez my wife -- than they've been in years. You need strong glutes and a strong back to do just about anything physical. Squats, deadlifts, and cleans FTW.
