Drink water before meal. If you during and after meal it dilutes the digestive juices power and makes digestion harder.
Hard to resist a good iced tea or classic Coke )

I have heard this a time or two.
You just eat your food with no drink. And when you feel more thirsty than hungry that means you supposedly should end your meal.
