    Nevertheless, I was more interested in using it for anti-inflammatory purposes (though a boost in physical performance would have been a nice plus). The more I read the more I'm convinced that inflammation in your body is a real accelerant of aging. The mice in that recent study I posted the link to just boosts my belief.

    There were several articles recently about AKG extending the lifespan of mice. Probably because it fights inflammation. I'm wondering if there are any other benefits of the kind that would cause bodybuilders to use it. The mice in the study didn't see any kind of athletic type improvement.
