    if you lift your weights whilst angry it becomes much easier and you become more explosive IMO. what do you think?

      Lifting is lifting playa...being angry doesnt help me at all...hell i cant even focus when im pissed....I love to have a cool head and basically relax...

          Works depending on the person. A good idea is also to listen to your favorite music in the gym. Can boost your body's performance by up to 11%. Thats a good number for just listening to some tunes.

            yea man... right before i used to bench i would lay on the bench and keep hittin my head on the padding till i got pissed. worked good
