Anyone know what george foreman's training routine was in both careers?

George Foreman if he did wrestling as well would have been an awesome MMA fighter because he was naturally strong too, just imagine a heavy round kick from Foreman and you couldnt take him down, and he could head butt you elbow.
I would like to see thatLast edited by AlexKid; 01-30-2020, 04:28 PM.

To me doing squats or powerlifting is like doing dumbbell kickbacks when you compare it to a wrestler and the way a wrestler is strong and how he trains
Even though he has an incredible squat and bench etc hes overall much weaker in more ineffective for real world strength and for dominating another man

skill here too but what im saying is still trueLast edited by AlexKid; 01-30-2020, 06:30 PM.

still a technique bias too, says bodybuilder but its a powerlifter by the looks of it
but anyway why wouldnt you enhance strength with strength based technique otherwise ur just gonna get man handled anyway
and wrestlers are overall stronger but its closer than I thought with the big compound movementsLast edited by AlexKid; 01-30-2020, 06:38 PM.

Bottom line do MMA because Brock Lesnar, none of this avoiding a fight with weightlifting and wrestling sh,it, youre trying to dominate other men, well do that then become a MMA
Takes steroids gets really big and strong, PASSIVELY alpha's blokes.
Hes a passive AlphaLast edited by AlexKid; 01-30-2020, 06:57 PM.

Strong man should have a high safety soft low cardio version of MMA as one of the events they are scored for, and one pure grappling event, then the other expressions of strength including rotational hip strength/power imo
Otherwise you just get this, a 1 armed lightweight can beat up a 485 lb force of nature, that little shrimps fcuking him up, it shouldnt be that wayLast edited by AlexKid; 01-30-2020, 07:13 PM.
