      Some people can't sleep because of heat you know... So the AC does it most of the time...

        Avoid caffeine as much as possible. Try to always go to bed at the same time every night. Also, eat a turkey sandwich for dinner, and right before you go to bed, have a glass of warm milk (preferrably whole milk, not skim milk). And if you have AC, full blast it and put on a heavy blanket.

              Thanks for the link.

              Something weird. I went to sleep at 10:00 last night because I was very tired, I didn't even force myself to sleep. But later on, I woke up at 4:00 AM? That's 6 hours of sleep. Less than average but I couldn't go back to sleep and was full of energy.

              Weird. I'll go to sleep again at 10 tonight and see what time I wake up.

                your circadian rhytims are out of tune... so you need to se t ypur biological clock back in order
                take them supps half n hour before bed...n try to go the earliest possible pop a xanax or sumthin of that nature the fisrst day since yu aint gonna want to sleep for ****...(make sure to wake up early though)
                after that take da melatonin... evrynite till you get your rhytim up n goin again

                you can classify me as an insomniac im sure (never gone to a doc bout it) but im sure I am and I do ma roadwork at 4 in da mornin and this has helped me alot

                  Just drink a coffee or two, jk tea helps for me sometimes or some whiskey when I'm really desperate to sleep
