        If u want to maintain a certain weight or musculature and ur not then ur aren’t eating what u need too. Don’t confuse fat for muscle either. Everyone has different genetics for each bodypart. My arms and legs grow like weeds to the point I barely have to train them compared to my chest and shoulders which will slip away without attention. As a boxer I’d say it’s best to adapt to what u have. If we’re talking bodybuilding then u need to eat more and find a workout regiment that works to grow ur arms. But if ur not trying to be a pro that needs to make sum weight, then just look at trying to bodybuild ur arms up. U may need to gain 20lbs to to put an inch on ur arms. My first training partner could outbench and shoulder press me, but I’d destroy him on arms and legs. Genetics play a big part. Concentration curls, tricep pressdowns, heavy, light, frequent, less frequent, only u are an expert on ur body. The point is u need to change something if u want a different result.
