          Then double or triple the amount of exercise
          Including sparring

              Would think a young person could get in good enough shape in 8 weeks to go 3 decent rounds. Your are most likely making progress but its hard to measure day to day. Push your self more during workouts. Do some high intensity stuff getting the heart rate up for as long as possible. Continuous left right on the heavy for 30-60 second intervals. Wind sprints. Longer distance roadwork at least 2 Or 3 times a week, maybe like 3-5miles. Jump rope...can you go at least 20mins non stop? Be mindful of your breathing. Keep sparring and you’ll get better at regulating yourself and lasting longer. You’ll get there don’t give up. Max respect to all those moving their body daily!
