Rockin i understand that my speed and everything is garbage but you can take all my flurries and knock me down with one punch on my chin now that's a joke man. You can rectify my mistakes and this is just shadow boxing man. I am still a rookie, i got lot to learn.

You will fight exactly as you've trained to fight. Shadow boxing included. I am disabled, but if you dared me to put my right fist on your nose I would say game on, throw a feint at you and so gingerly I would barely touch my fist to your nose while you were still reacting to the feint. And it would bleed (LMFAO). It'd be just like when I slapped that ****** at my apartment complex and got kicked out for it. But I am being serious here..... the look on that idiots face was certainly worth it!

You have not once even had to deal with a bloody nose, yet. And you want to tell me that I couldn't touch my right hand to your nose? Be like taking candy from a baby!

Rockin, that's shadow boxing. I usually fight in a defensive stance as you can see in the thread by the title "My First Sparring".

Oh yeah... ask any fighter at Galaxy if I fought hard every day, except for Sunday. My trainer was kamikaze style training 150 minutes per day.(not including running) I was in crazy good shape though. The doctor says that I have an enlarged heart and he said that a flake of a scar in my heart must have cut loose and got caught up just before my head.....Rockin'
