  • Need advice on Exo Test

    Hi,

Recently, i'v been reading some articles about Exo Test product. It says it's a 100% natural (wich mean quite nothing) product, 100% legal for sports, that help building muscle mass and loose fat. It seems to be the real deal, helping you increase your performance in the gym, have more energy in every day life, etc.

So i'm thinking about trying it, but i never used any supplement so i'm skeptical. I wish to know if there is some side effects about this product.

I just turned 27, i'm tranning around 3-4 time a week, mostly cardio. Theses past months, i kind of reached a peak, my performances are not really getting better and i need to suffer alot to maintain the same level. I ain't trainning to be a bodybuilder, i mostly do it to stay in shape and increase performance in certain sports like hockey, kickboxing, tennis, running.

What do you know about this product, who you recommand it?

This is apparently a combination product containing saw palmetto (useless), boron (useless) and horny goat weed (of possible benefit for slightly raising testosterone).

I would strongly suggest not buying this product.

In general--1) avoid combination products with the exception of multivitamins, milk & egg protein mixes and the like. 2) avoid anything that promises to boost testosterone or offer steroid-like results. 3) avoid anything marketed with absurdly over-the-top advertising.

There are very, very few worthwhile supplements out there, and most of those that are of value are generally supportive of health rather than athletic performance per se. Protein powders, creatine monohydrate, citrulline malate, vitamins d3 and k2, omega 3 fatty acids, arachidonic acid and magnesium are among the ones that may be of value to you. As are, of course, a healthy whole-foods diet with minimal processed crap, hard training, and sleep.

I even don't know about this. However, I need body building supplements for muscle building. Can you help me by providing some good supplements?
