Was some light shadow boxing as I stated.
Additionally, I just recently recovered from a groin injury.

Boxing since June 2014 (~3 years)
Bit more head movement i would like. The head stays quite central, a slight slip here and there but in reality those punches will still glance and score.
No jabs to the body?
personally i would say your a little square on when throwing so your lower abdomen is easy to hit, especially with a Bolo uppercut right through the middle (your elbows are a little wide) but we all develop a different style with our stance
very good though, better than the average guy at the gym

If you turn them over you will be fine.
Who brings their joints to the gym?

I don't know much about this, but when I look at the top boxers, they tend to have their feet all down. For that I can think of two reasons. The first being, preserving energy. While standing on toes allows you to use more power and move your body faster, it takes a lot more energy. Also, hitting while you are on your toes also is not recommended as your opponent can counter easy, because you lean more forward. The second being, rhythm and stability. Using your toes allows you to be able to take strong shots from the front without tipping, a shot from the side can completely mess up your balance. Not even a shot, even a slip. Your rhythm is easy to read too, since your opponent can see you jumping little, making it a lot easier for him to hit and disrupt your rhythm.
So basically, the pros are, faster movement, more power and easier to find rhythm.
Making the cons energy consumption, weak to counters, easy to read rhythm and easy to disrupt rhythm.
But understand, standing on your toes with only your backfoot is a great technique.
You look down too much, your opponent most likely is going to be at the same height.
I'd also like to see more upper body movement
