Take from this what you will, but I spoke to a former Australian kickboxing and boxing champion by the name of Paul Briggs, and he specifically told me himself to stay out of the pool, because that will develop slow twitch muscle fibers and he said once they go slow you'll never get them fast, he said high intensity training for fifty minutes is best. And sprints, forget the lsd. Lsd is good here and there but sprints for intensity, intensity being the main word.
Take with it what you will brother, I enjoy swimming myself. Its therapuetic
