    i took some pictures of me flexing. Which I should of done it when we started. I see a differance when I flex but not when I'm just standing still.

    go fig. I got the flu this week. But I'm going to start running once it's gone. Gonna up it up to 3 miles a day.

      I'm in on the getting fit, although I don't have camera & never weight myself. I'll know when I'm fit. I started in the end of March. and have been working out 4 out of every 5 days. Just thought I'd drop in and say wut up, and good luck to everyone.

                    2 u dont put on that much muscle doing amay thing in 1-2 month .
                    i think this guy has been doing weight training for about 8 months to get that body difference

                      Impressive, but not impossible...

                      If he ate enough and worked hard on the bags, he can get that.
