On average how much water do you go through per session

Boxers who train with experienced trainers are taught to rinse and spit while training. Some water is consumed but no where near "bottles"! You replenish your fluids after your session and its done slowly.
Water intake amounts also depends on where your conditioning is at. If your getting in shape you can replenish as you train but not the amounts talked about here.

500mls during training, and at least another 500mls within an hour of finishing
I also drink 3 liters per day excluding what I drink for training purposes
A lot of people severley underestimate the importance of Water not only for physical performance but just general well-being. Your body is like 80% water or something ridiculous like that, if you are drinking less than 2 liters per day your body is likely in a constant state of minor dehydration, which over time can cause a multitude of problems

I drink around 2 litres a day, not sure that is enough but I guess it is ok.
During training I'm not so sure, just a mouthful every now and then but I'm not sure on the amount.
I don't like drinking too much during training though. But I understand the importance.
