A video of a spar session would yeild much more info to comment on, bags don't punch back!
First I'll just start off moving top to bottom;
Your head seems tilted to your right an awfull lot, you want your chin dropped dead center in your chest and yoiur eyes need to be looking upward!
Second when you throw your left hand your elbow is released far to soon, it gives a bowed arch before contact. Your dipped right shoulder and tilted head along with the lack of left shoulder and hip rob your punch of power!
Upon contact you also snap your hands off the bag (retract) A heavy bags use is primarly to develop power, it can be used for practicing quicker combos but I don't see you punching through the target for increased power nor do you stay close once you move in, you keep popping back away!
Thirdly you never work 360d around the bag in fact you rarely use 180d, why?
Your second round of power shots should meet the bag at its highest point (away from you) and you should nail it with enough power to keep it up and away!
Fourth you have a very bad habit of "heel toeing" with your lead foot, any well schooled boxer would notice that and get to you quickly because you are not ready to punch, its a wasted quirk move you've probably started doing years ago and no one has asked you why?
Your jab seems controlled and your hooks are ok except for not pronating your punches!!! Your stance is abit wide but thats easily corrected (not much wider than your shoulders) you hands are held well but spend some time in a full length mirror and get those elbows down so your not giving away your intensions
When you finish your last power shot in the combination finish with the correct move unless your just working power on the bag. I think you need to finish ALL the TIME until its ingrained in you!
ex; right hand finish roll back under then leave throwing your jab!
......left hook finish roll under and pivot out!
Theres many ways to finish your combinations but if you don't work hard at you'll get caught "looking at your work" "staring over the fence" is the old expression!!
I see more negative than positive but what the hell do you think a trainer sees first? What you do well can't get you in to much trouble what you do poorly can get yoiur azz knocked out! HA! happy new years, keep working, get in the mirror and correct and improve! Go check out the Authority is close to you and can help!

A lot of people like to over-analyze on these boards.
But I actually like what I see. You have fast, sharp hands for having such long arms.
Only points of criticism I would give you for now is:
1.) Working on foot placement. Making sure you never cross your legs (especially when you're turning). Also, make sure that the distance between each foot stays relatively the same with every movement.
2.) Pivoting a little more, especially on the back foot. Make sure you shift your shoulders to, it adds the extra 'oomph' to your shots. Be careful not to over-extend or lean in when you do so.
3.) More cohesive movement between upper and lower body, in general.
4.) Lastly.. I don't know what your coaches say, or if they encourage this or not, but, I highly discourage throwing hooks with your backhand (especially to the body) unless you are glued to your opponent/heavy bag. It gives your opponent the biggest window to hit back.

Scott, I'm about an hour's drive away from you. If you fancy a drive up to our gym one day, let me know. I can open the gym any time of day on my days off (I work weird shifts but get plenty of days off).

Scott, uploading videos onto here or anywhere is a big no-no in my experience.
Everyone is an expert pal. People are going to say this and that..
From watching what i'm seeing there, you are ready to compete. You're 24 now, so you should be boxing Amateur now.
Ask your coach why isn't he getting you fights? You're more than capable to compete now at Novice level, they won't have much more than what you have right now.
I expect to see some fight videos this season. Get it going.
Get carded up, you'll find southpaws will trouble a lot of boys.
My only input tho technically (which i've gotta mention is)
1. More jabs are needed and then step to the right. Along with right hooks where you throw, and then step to the right aswel.
This is imperative. Your combinations seem fine, everything else.
We just need more jabs and then moving to the right.
Throw a jab and step to the right.
THEN
Throw another jab. and step to the right.
THEN
Do it again.
then maybe a combination.
THEN.
Another jab, step the right.
I won't go on. But more jabs

Less combinations. More jabs and moving to the right
If you need any help, i'll help you because you seem keen.

Listen, if you're fighting internationally now, you have no business coming on here seeking advice.
You've gone way beyond that now, congratulations, that's quite an achievement boxing internationally like this.
I'm not even going to pass judgement on what you're doing right/wrong.
obviously you must be doing something right to reach this level
