        In the Caveman Olympics they would grab a wench by the hair, spin around in circles gaining momentum and then let go. The caveman that threw his wench the furthest was considered the winner. This was what turned into todays hammer throw, they didn't have 'hammers' back then so they just used wenches.

        Find a heavy wench if possible. The heavier the wench, the better the workout.
