You warmed up, other than that I saw nothing. What is it about todays youth that makes them believe that any part of boxing is easy? When you fight you will fight as you've trained. At the end of those clips, if you were truely working hard, you would be panting deep for you're breathes. After those 2 clips you were panting as if you just completed a steady walk in the park.

Wheres the hip rotation, wheres the momentum on the hooks. When you get into a real fight and are really throwing your body in the shots, this shadow boxing exercise that you showed will help you very little. Once you get tired it all goes to **** and theres nothing that you can do about it in your bout. So take care of it before your bout. Start throwing your shots like you are really fighting rather than punching like you're hitting something made of porcelan and are afraid to break it. Get your body/legs into your shots rather than only arm.

You should train like you'll fight because in the bouts you will fight as you've trained.

Just blunt/real talk. Keep it up, everybody has a learning curve, everybody................ Rockin'

I've havd 11 fights 9 wins 2 losses. Next fight coming up in 2 weeks. I was shadow boxing here for speed. I do sit on my punches when I'm on the bag. Most of the time When I shadow box I do it to get my body used to being lose and relax and fast. Thanks for the advice!

Oh, well since shadow boxing is just about getting loose and relaxed you're right, carry on.......

Where are you fighting out of and what's your age and weight. I have a few Detroit Dawgs in mind that I would like to introduce you to if we can work it out.

You're still just having fun with it, so by all means just have some fun........... Rockin'

not 'full power' but full speed definately. (ofcourse after working a round or two to get loosened up). Where's your head movement, you can punch fast but can you get out of the way fast while countering?

If you're in Ontario I'd figure somewhere this summer something could be probably be arranged. I'll put the word out.............. Rockin'
