    wITH EVERYTHING THEY HAVE?

    hOW MUCH DOES IT HURT?

How much does it damage your jaw/brain/ribs/internal organs?

Ive only done sparring and I havnt got a taste for a real fight other than when some huge 260+ pound guy hooked me to the temple.

That ******, gave me a head ache for days after and I was mentally foggy, didnt get knocked out tho kept dancing away!

it's the craziest place in the common world, it is controlled but at times it just seems like anarchy unleashed.

for me it was mentally the most serene place in the world, no time to think about anything else.............. Rockin'

Id say the main difference is that if you tagged with a good shot in a fight your opponent wont back off and let you reset yourself a bit like you would do in sparring.

How different is it from a street fight? I've been in a lot of street fights and I use to spar in the ring as a teenager. So I know there's a difference between swinging wildly and timing your punches, but seriously how different is it from a street fight that actually lasts a few minutes before it gets stopped? Not those bar fights that get stopped 5 seconds in.

Doesn't hurt that much when you are in the ring at the time. Only my nose hurt. Everything went by so quickly.

You don't feel much when adrenaline is rushing through your body.

It's the days after the fight when the pain really kicks in.

Run your road work until your lungs burn!
Hit the heavy bag until your arms weigh a ton!
                Jump rope till you can't!
Condition your body until its sore and you hurt, your hair ****in' hurts!
Don't pace yourself in spar sessions as the fight nears!
Think about being tired and crampt during the fight whoile your road working!
You can't fight back cause your arms are heavy, your feet won't respond!
Your getting dizzy and your eye sight is clouding over!

Train like a mad man, top condition so you KNOW you can go all out!
Your body will ease your mind, then we'll see if you got any HEART!!!

                ...."ring the damn bell"! Ray.

                oh yeah good luck!
