Sometimes when I rotate my foot/knee/hip, the hip just rotates in place and dosnt rotate the rest of my body or shopulders into the punch.!?
Like sometimes the rotation rotates my entire body (leg hip spine shoulders torso)
But other times only my foot leg and butt rotate but the rest of my body dosnt move much at all.
WTF am I doing wrong would you guess? How do I fix it?
