I was told by my instructor to "put out a cigerette" or pivot on my foot in order to use my hips to punch.
Now sometimes this works and my hips make the punch fast and powerful but sometimes all I can do is swivle my foot or my torso and drag my hips along for the pivot so there is no hip power!
Now sometimes my hips work and sometimes they dont and thats the problem, I want them to work all the time!
How do I achieve this?
