Which is better for cardio, jumprope or running

        i never did hit one hundred. i think i got as high as 86....but that was just once. i do shorter sets but with short breaks. this month i am using a cycle of regular creatine but doing lots of cardio so as to retain less water.

        but really bro. start adding to or three to your set, within a few days i bet you'll be at sixty regularly. if you do push ups already our body has amazing natural muscle memory.

          Thats actually what I do every day haha. What I did to start was I figured out how many pushups I could do max. Then I took half of that as my starting point and every day that I did em, id add 1 rep to each set. I do 4 sets of pushups a day like that, one set on my fingertips one knuckle one diamond and then one regular to finish haha. And that don't even include the pushups they'll usually make u do in boxing practice & stuff lol

          I started out at like 9 and now I can usually do at least 50 at any given moment

            that is precisely how i would suggest. personally though, i would stay off my knuckles. you're bound to be arthritic when you get older and that **** sucks!
