but really bro. start adding to or three to your set, within a few days i bet you'll be at sixty regularly. if you do push ups already our body has amazing natural muscle memory.

I started out at like 9 and now I can usually do at least 50 at any given moment

Then I took half of that as my starting point and every day that I did em, id add 1 rep to each set. I do 4 sets of pushups a day like that, one set on my fingertips one knuckle one diamond and then one regular to finish haha. And that don't even include the pushups they'll usually make u do in boxing practice & stuff lol
