    Kind regards!
Fearless is just a random name that I thought up when I signed on to this forum... its actually based on that Jet Li movie. I think everyone is afraid of something, you tell yourself to face it and be fearless.

Watch motivation videos, I also find the music used in the vids and chill to it on the way to training, that way I am reminded of the motivational video I watched that the music was the soundtrack to.

Also, specify your goals. I used to just want to lose weight, but I decided to run the City 2 Surf last year and that really motivated me to run, I aimed to run a good time. All the while I started eating less, and my weight dropped. This year I've asked the gym if I can get set up to fight, so I'm focusing on that.

Which leads me to the next point, keep it simple. I follow principles, and not actual routines. Train fight, eat good, eat less if you want to lose weight.

The process of getting of your ass off the sofa and going to the gym. Once there you just get on with it. Having a training partner helps as you let each other down if you don't train and that gets you off your ass.

From what you describe you are already heavily motivated. Motivated to sit on your ass. That is the motivatiin that needs changing.
