    Whats your beef with caffiene?

    it's one of the few supplements that works, is safe, is cheap and has been around forever.

    I'm not pro energy drinks cause they're packed full of sugar, way too much caffeine and all kinds of other ****.

    And i don't preach people should go take caffeine pills all the time, but if you got no energy there a good option.
