I have a blender and really want to start juicing.
Can anybody recommend some before and after workout recipe's.

sounds like an old jack la lanne commercial
im not much of a juicer but the blender is great for making sopus.
boil a broccoli in salted water, drain it, blend it with the amount of cooking water you like.
starters for 2
cheap, healthy and tasty. hell i think ill make some now

Anyone do chocolate recovery drinks? I just figured out a good one the other day. You gotta use the hard mexican chocolate, like Abulita, I use Dos Hermanos:
And almond milk. Nothing else, just 4 pieces of chocolate, and 2 cups almond milk or therabouts.

At first reading I thought this thread was about steroids haha but it is very interesting indeed. good post, I should look into buying a juicer
