Ive had a bike since christmas and Ive been riding it back and forth from the gym most days of the week.
Its really done wonders for my leg strength, especially as I never really trained my legs specifically before getting a bike. The first few weeks of biking to the gym my legs would feel weak as hell (lots of hills on the way there) but now they feel pretty sturdy when I arrive.
Plus its fairly good for low impact general cardio kind of thing....
