Not sure if its been said, but do some light weights get to get a sweat on and get your heart going. If you do that just before you run you will burn more fat.

I need to know the exact formula or if someone can tell me the exact amount of calories I need to consume please, I am 6'1'' - 224 lb now, I already lose in a week 9lb, I was trying to consumed less that 1500 per day, and I am really working on this diet for a week now, but my head started to hurt, I dont know if it is for the diet or what, any recommendation please.

-- f u only eat 2200 calories/day u will lose weight, albeit slowly.
-- f u eat 1500 calories/day u will lose weight fast-- sorry u WILL have headaches, u WILL b grouchy, u WILL yell at ur wife n kick ur dog over the littlest thing. sorry, that's the way it is.
f u can't deal w/ a "headache" i guess u'll have 2 eat more n 2 lose weight more slowly then.
me personally? when i cut weight i cut weight. i don't have time 2 b messin round losing weight slow n steady. i go hard 4 8 weeks during which i am a miserable person. like rite now. notice how rude i am? its cuz im cutn weight n i ache frm working out n im angry and pissed off its called sacrifice tho.

I have just started in boxing all I do is I'm a member of the gym I do weight Sunday Monday and Friday and do boxing classes Tuesday and Thursday nights. I eat 3 meals aday I must admit I could eat alittle healthier but I'm ok at the moment and I run about 4 times a week I've not been in boxing that long but I'm working hard and I already feel alot fitter and healthier. It's hard work at first bit you get use to it and becomes easier just keep at a routine
