  • Lose weight routine!! Help!!!

I really need some help over here, I need to lose 29 pounds, at this moment I weight 233 pounds and I am 6'1'', I need to weight 206 so I can really start working out on technique and speed, I have been in the gym for 2 month now and I only lost 4.4 pounds and my stomach looks like 5 month pregnant mom. I really need some help, I am really desperate now, I have 2 month to be in shape....... well at list thinner. GUYS if you tell me that I have to run 24 miles a day. I will do it, If I have to quit the Gym I will(maybe I think about that), if I have to wake up at 4 am and start jumping rope for 2 hours I will do it, but I really need help, I really need a great cardio routine, lets put the boxing routine aside, I have 7-8 weeks to be in a better shape, a good routine will be more than welcome right now.

    omg r u serious?

if u want to lose weight it's really ***** simple: diet.

if u want to lose weight faster: diet + run (do not reward yourself 4 running w/ food)

so if you actually someone to convert that into a routine...

    -- 1200-1800 calories per day
-- run 3-5 miles per day
    -- 6 days per week

if you stick to that (let's face it, you won't) you will lose a ton of weight.

thats right, losing weight is 60% diet 40% training...cut down on ur calories
      heres a quick example:

breakfast; shredded wheat with banana/blue berries
lunch: wholegrain bread with tuna and light mayo
dinner:chicken breast n salad (no carbs n no later than 7pm)

have fruit inbetween meals if ur hungry or sunflower seeds..

drink plenty of water, atleast 2L per day

this alone will help u shred pounds, if u train aswel will b better, use banana for energy and a light meal after if u train late..

      no carbs after 7pm

Work out how much base calories you need to function (pre workouts)

It's meant to be 2500 for men i think.. does depend on your metabolism and how active you are in your daily routine... cut it by 500-700

When i cut i am around 1800 cal nowdays.. but in order to make sure my body doesn't get to used to it.. i tend to eat around 2700-2800 cal every 2 weeks for a couple of days.

Drink lots of water and green tea

I eat 6 small meals a day rather then 3 large ones but thats my preference as i get hungry otherwise

You're going to use the words "omg r u serious" and then advise someone to lose weight on a 1,200 calorie diet AND exercise on top of that. Worst advice.
