I have started dieting and i live on tuna steaks. Low in fat and high in protein, it is ideal. I usually knock it up with some rice and veg or put it on a jacket potato. Like the other guy said snack on fruit in between meals.

Thanks for all your help and advice, I am trying to do my best, and by the way I am doing my homework and I did my research for the correct way to lose weight and it is right the 60%- 70% to lose weight fast and save is a good diet, and a good cardio of course. At this moment my breakfast is if I go to the weight room in the morning I only eat an apple if not I eat cereal-banana-strawberry(usually I eat this Thursday & Friday), for lunch a little white rice and tuna with light mayo, and for dinner salad with chicken breast or again little white rice and tuna with light mayo and salad, I really like white rice with tuna and light mayo so I can eat it every day. I go to the weight room Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday and the days I go to the gym are Tuesday-Wednesday and Saturday, the only days I dont any exorcise at all are Thursday, Friday(12 hours work shift everyday) and Sunday(family day), maybe I dont have enough time to work out but I am doing my best.

Well, so far the diet is not killing me, and I not starving like I thought, my diet is a fruit or cereal for breakfast, a small portion of white rice, tuna, light mayo and salad for lunch and for dinner chicken breast or a small portion of white rice, tuna, light mayo and almost 4L of water daily. I am doing this diet for 5 days so far and I feel fine, Im not tired, by the way I am 6'1'' and weight 233.2 pounds. I hope this work, I dont workout on Thursdays or Fridays because I have 12 hours shift each of these days so it will be too difficult for me to keep my self awake.

Get rid of the white rice, this has no nutritional value. Go with brown rice, potatoe or even lentils. Also get rid of the "cereal". Is it one of those sugary cereals that come in a box? Go with oatmeal in the morning

Is the white rice affecting my diet some how? if not, it helps me alot when I eat because the tuna its too little like 120 gr, 40kcal. And the cereal is the one that came in a box with no sugar. but if you think I should get rid of it I will do it.

Trust me on this, go with brown rice, lentils or beans. Soo much better substitute for that white rice. Google it, you'll understand. I myself hate regular brown rice, but I've learned to make green rice..google that as well and you'll come to love it.

As far as the cereal, oatmeal is the best breakfast you can have. Don't put any sugar in it or else it defeats the purpose. Put 1/2 cup in a blender with frozen raspberries, bluberries and 25-30 grams of a hydrolyzed whey isolate protein and some cold water...omg i fein for this when I'm almost done with my runs in hte morning.
