All of them literally eat either pasta, steak, chicken, salad, oatmeal, fish, high fiber cereal, or rice. The cereal and oatmeal being for breakfast. High carbohydrates and high protein.
Steak? Well not sure about that. Steak is very heavy and hard to digest, I would stay away from it. Baked chicken, pasta, salad, FISH!(Tuna out the can), hard boiled eggs. Those are all very good for you.

Probably 7/10 pros that have stated their diets eat steak often. Roberto Duran used to eat steak for breakfast even. And ah, I forgot about eggs. They eat eggs often too.
