    dont do yoga, you dont want to "stretch" the ligaments...

    yes do it 3 times a day for 5 days.. you should do the last set to failure as well.. gud luck

      interesting, are you from the UK??

      does your shoulder "sublux" like partial pop in and out?? cracking popping grinding noises? what about the noise of water, like a boot stuck in mud???
