just start going to the gym once you see how ****ty it feels to smoke after your done working out cause you worked so hard youll stop i did now i dont even drink soda i used to do a lot of drugs drinking all that trouble jail probation just go get in the gym first and go everyday eventually you wont want to smoke trust me

you and only you can help yourself quit smokin
and honestly i think smokin weed is pretty ******ed, there's no real benefit to your body except making yourself feel good.
and people say that weed isn't worse than alcohol or cigarettes, truth is they're all equally BAD for you
so quit it

Alcohol and cigs kill thousands of people every year, they are both physically and psychologically addictive whereas weed is just psychologically addictive.

dude i totally knew someone would argue the case that weed is a "good" drug
but in my mind all drugs are as bad as the next (except Meth, that's the absolute worst of the worst)

once you start to really get in the ring and start those tough sparring sessions which really humble you, your gonna wanna grab any tiny little edge you can in order to better yourself. and youll realize the difference between smoking weed and not smoking almost instantly. more aggressive, better endurance, better focus, nothing but pros, absolutely no cons.

Honestly, your the only one that has control over your personal situation, it sounds like your asking for moral or motivational support, the only one that can help is yourself, no advice or support is going to help if you arent completely dedicated to quitting, you need to realize that. Its not hard, dont give in to your negative temptations, simple is that, if you lack the will power and discipline, I think you have something else to work on other then to quit smoking.
