If you have a Juice Bar near you that serves wheat gress (yes its disgusting) that helps. It's so ridiculously healthy for you, that when you smoke a cig, the cig will taste so nasty you wont want it. Wheat grass is amazing. It also helps clean out all the garbage in your body including anything left over from crappy foods and chemicals from cigs.

Cold Turkey really is the only way, but you gotta occupy yourself with something to replace the habbit.
I tried and failed many times to quit, then one day i just "knew" that this time i could do it, i went cold turkey and havent had so much as a puff in years, you really have to want it bad though.

It's doubtful you'll be able to stop completely so get yourself a vape so at least it's not screwing your lungs up.
I'm lucky in a sense, I use weed pretty often but it makes me want to exercise and eat healthy more than anything else. Sitting in front of the TV just gets me anxious, and unhealthy food seems completely disgusting.

cut down on the smoke and start training. Eventually you will want to quit if you really want to be a fighter. I had the exact same problem, and slowly stopped smoking, and training harder. It depends on how much you want it. Right now I recommend that you begin training, and building up your routine little by little while cutting back on weed. live in the gym, and become a gym rat.

My problem though is that I'd love to work out, but I'm too busy smoking freakin weed which kills my motivation and makes me munch haha So I'm not getting any skinnier or healthier. I love doing it and it's fun, but I wanna get in shape and fighter so bad. I smoke a lot of cigars too. Somebody help!!! Any advice would be appreciated, I'd give anything a try to get on the right track!!! Just a lot of stress in my life right now because of probation, drama from girlfriend, and family issues so smokings kind of been a fun outlet to get away from it all which is dumb being on probation. So any helpful advice and feedback will be green K'd and greatly appreciated!!! thanks!!!

Stop being so weak minded, simple as that. Or only allow yourself to smoke weed after a workout session.
I used to smoke a fair bit of the stuff but I'd only ever smoke it at night after my training was done, when everyone around you is smoking it then just refuse or just have one of two tokes, not enough to get you stoned. You might lose some popularity with your mates but **** it, depends how serious about boxing you are. Nowadays I dont smoke it at all though.

Start training ASAP, or at least working out, but do alot of cardio. I quit smoking for a long time (i started again, and need to quit again) but how i quit was totally accidental, we had a swimming pool and gym in an apartment i lived in seattle. I'd wake up in the morning and go for a swim, i'd swim laps, when i was done swimming i was too exhausted to smoke and didn't have the lung capacity for it.
That'd usually last 6hours or so, then what i started doing is anytime i fealt like having a cigarette i'd run instead, or lift some weights. Honestly running worked better, I'd run until my lungs hurt so bad i didn't want a cigarette,
rince and repeat, eventually you'll start getting so healthy the idea of smoking disgusts you. Being around friends that smoke makes it very hard, but you have to remember that its not what you want to do anymore. AND DO NOT BE ONE OF THOSE BORN AGAIN NON SMOKERS, the type that starts telling their friends not to smoke around them, and etc, surround yourself with smokers and not smoke yourself, that'll keep you mentaly tough cause it'll be a huge struggle at first, then it'll get easier and easier.
ALso make yourself a deal, you can smoke again when you're 80, if you enjoy it that much.
As far as stress, you'll experience less stress if you don't smoke, as a smoker you start using "stress" as an excuse to smoke, you'll make **** way more stressfull then it needs to be, just as an excuse to smoke.
What got me smoking again was moving, i moved to an area where I didn't have a pool, or a gym, I didn't get a membership anywhere, and at the same time my life began falling apart, and i worked in a bar, i wasn't mentaly tough enough at that time to not start smoking again, now i do it again out of habit, and i have to get myself back in the habit of working out, and not smoking...
Other than that.... 17, girlfriend problems, probation, a weed habit, and a cigar habbit? and a group of friends with the same problems?
Get Your Life Straightened out for f#cks sake... You don't even have real problems yet and you're so stressed about **** that you need vices to cope? Come on, you've got about 8-10 years before life even starts to get tough and you're breaking down now? Getting yourself in trouble with the law and thinkin' you need to smoke weed to relax and "deal with life" . . . You're just going to make the period of your life that actually is hard, alot freaking harder cause you're screwing up early.
Fix yourself now, cause you're at the easy part
