    How much lbs/kg can you actually lose in 60 days with intense training comitted 24/7 and diiet or hardwork for short ..Take for an example youre about 85 kg ? this case is actually about my friend !

    if you do the diet properly and train
    you can lose 1.5/2lbs a week thats the healthy way
    its mainly on diet, there has to be a deficit from the calories one consumes

      what sort of diet though?

      fruit for lunch instead of a proper meal.. ?

        when i say diet
        no you need a proper meal, id say have fruit in morning, not for lunch though, for lunch do egg whites/lean meats and veggies, it depends on how many calories he needs to maintain the weight, and than cut 500-1000 calories off that.
        maybe im just chatting **** lol, but it worked for my friend
        his maintaince was 2800 calories he cut 500 off that so he was consuming 2300 calories and from training a further 500-600 calories and hes been burning fatty weight ever since

          Iceman is correct.
          The main idea is very simple. You have to consumo more than you eat. The problem is to find out jhust how much your body is consuming per day.

          If you (your friend) doesn't want to go to a proper nutritionist, my advice is: don't change what you eat, but slowly reduce quantity.

          I did this and it's worlked wonders... from 350ml chocolat milk to 200ml, from 500g launch to 400g and so on.

          Maybe it's not the best advice for you because of time constraint, but still...

              the thing is if he hits a plateau and doesnt see any further losses than he'll have to cut calories again hope this helps your mate
              it is easy but getting the balance of foods right can be hard

                I lost 10lbs in 30 days using this method
                (I had low bodyfat as it was so lost some muscle too, also it is probably not all that healthy but you can still fight)

                dinner sized meal for breakfast (big as you like)

                small lunch ie. chicken and salad pitta

                cereal for dinner

                no food after 6pm

                ..it works, and you can spend the other weeks adjusting to the weight.

                  yeah best to have a big breakfast as you have the whole day to burn them calories
                  10lbs in 30 days aint bad, that is like 2.5lbs a week

                    Why do you want to lose the weight? For quick results restricted carb works really well, but if you are needing to compete in a physical activity it can leave you a little weaker than normal.
