keep it up im right behind you im on day 21. im getting fitter cause at first i had to take longer break than the 30 secs now not so much i can go harder. i got room on hell to between 88 to 92 degree. drench in sweat
I have to do this video all week... Its meant to be a recovery to prepare me for phase to of the program; MAX training... I'm looking forward to it... This was a lighter workout than the others but it still worked up a good sweat... Hip flexor and shoulders burned like crazy during some of these routines... I'll let u all know how im progressing throughout this light week and i plan on playing bball on Thursday so I'll let u know how i felt and how my conditioning was...
Think I should wait til the end to weight myself or do a halfway done check?
i wanna c the halfway weight..sounds like u been doin well didnt read all nine pages but good work...i myself put people thru those types of workouts lol my boxers dont like me or my coach Reiddawg lol
