Day 23 - Cardio Power & Resistance...
Just like the last time... Tough as nails... The Power Jumps and the Globe Jumps mixed with Moving Pushups and Level 2 Drills are insane... Don't get this program if you dont want to work hard...

im gonna start p90x soon (or maybe the insanity thing) in a little to drop some of the weight i have gained since i stopped boxing regularly.
It seems like this thing might be harder though.

Day 24 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit...
Basketball drills, level 1 drills, Ski Abs and In and Out Abs are a killer... I am determined to get better... I almost threw up last night doing this stuff though... Advice: Don't do this before your food digests...

Hows everything going on the health and feeling end of the bargain?
Are you feeling a difference in your other endevors (boxing, running, any other physical demands)?
And are you seeing a difference in your body composition? More lean, cut, most vascular muscularity? Do tell!
Edit: Also, keep it up you are a beast, I have mucho respect for you considering you didnt drop it after the first week. Kudos boss, you got more will power than most and are an inspiration for those looking to take a lazy day off, thank you.
