      What about the food?
Are you on a diet ?
You have a calendar with each meal right ? (or maybe its just P90X)
      Can we see it ?

They have a nutrition guide but I know how to eat clean... Look up LL Cool's Platinum workout book; it has a good chart of foods to eat, foods to eat sometimes and foods to avoid... I watch the calories and make it reasonable enough in my selection so that it doesnt seem like a "diet"... Turkey burgers, fish, chicken, etc...My day could go like this: oatmeal (breakfast), fruit or yogurt (morning snack), chicken salad (lunch), veggies or more fruit (afternoon snack), and salmon and veggies (dinner)... Mix in the occasional natural peanut butter and low sugar jelly sandwich, an omelet, grilled chicken, etc... It's really not that tough...

          Day 30-32 - Core Cardio & Balance...

The workouts haven't been hard... Actually get easier but the hip flexor and the last exercise (works quads and shoulders) are crucial...

Thursday night basketball felt great... I was moving laterally on defense better than I EVER have... Only bad thing was I twisted my surgical repaired knee making a game winning jump shot (no lie)... It's gotten a little swollen so I'm not sure how I'm going to do the exercises for the rest of the week... I really just want it to get better by Monday...

                Great post..

you have the same routine as I do..give or take I might start with some egg white with turkey omelet..or a protein shake with peanut butter, and banana for breakfast..but everything else is very similar to my regular meals...

sh^ts tough at it bro, all the workouts are a ***** but i have come to the conclusion that cardio power & resistance is the toughest for me i have to take a few unrecommended breaks in that one. this program works the legs good. keep at it im on day 30
