I weighed myself yesterday morning and i was 142, i weighed myself tonight after eating and im 150, yes i drunk and yes i have an upset stomach bit constipated but how the hell have i put on 8 pounds?! i havnt eaten **** either, ive eaten a lot but ive eaten good food, pasta, rice meat. The point of this is, i cldnt of surely put on 8 pounds? will i stay at this weight?!

sounds very normal.
in a day i often vary 10-15 lbs.
you won't stay at 150, after training (sweating), and bathroom usage (crap and piss) you'll be back to normal.
