i was going to say that the chubbiest guy had the best form... it makes sense cuz hes getting proper training... but the rest of yall throw arm punches and them lil fast flurries and the 4-5 jabs u throw arent hurting nobody nor is it keeping anyone off... but i did see some fast hands so maybe yall can start off and develop with that... i dunno what to say about the sparring... its real sloppy.... the best advice i can give yall is to get into a gym if u evolve ur skillz
