    Yeah, man, I was really doubting whether that was possible or not. I was just tryin to see someone sprinting 3 miles in my head, and I was like "nah, it's not happening..."

      Technically sprinting at full speed is not possible past about 40 yards i think. You are losing acceleration slowly after that. Hence the 40 yard dash times people measure speed by.

      You can run as hard as you can until you pass out unconcious but you arent really " sprinting".

      When running track in high school I ran the 100 200 and 400. The 400 is the hardes race in the world i think. You " try " to sprint the entire lap. After this I felt like i was going to collapse every time just about.

        jogging 5miles is much better for you then spritin 3 miles and it burns alot more fat.

        what was you 400 time I was a distance runner but got to run the 400 and 800 for fun

          50-52 sec. in singles competition there would always be someone that ran high 40's that would win. but our 4x400 team would always place in regionals and we would go the state championship races. then there would always be a team where each guy was running in the high 40's. it was just sick.
