      i'd have to say i'm pretty out of shape, but i don't play any sports, i just practice combinations on the reflex bag, do push ups, sit ups and chest flys

      i don't box competitively, i just watch a lot of fights, and i'm obsessed with the sport

      but yeah, when i exercise a whole lot, i lose weight fast, and put it on fast

      in freshmen year i dropped about 20 pounds in 2 weeks from a gym class

      at my fittest i was about 156 lbs. I've always been a stocky guy, right now i'm 197-200 lbs

      i'm 5'8" tall, my reach is around 28" fingertip to armpit

        6'1, last time i weighed i was 167lbs. Not sure of my reach, i'll measure tonight when i get home. Quite skinny at the mo but i'm working on it!

          250 pounds(my best weight is at around 230, i was injured for the whole summer, then i injured myself again shortly after starting training back up, i just started training again this week, taking it easy.)

          79 inches wingspawn

          28 inches from the armpit to the end of the fist


          Body type is somewhat tall and muscular, got a little flab on my mid section now, but it should go back to normal after a few weeks of training.

              I'm 5''5, my reach is 66 inches tip to tip, and right now we are having a short break from boxing as it is the summer over here and there's no fights for another 2 months, so I fought my last fight of the year week before last at 110lbs, and now 11 days later I'm weighing about 122, so doubtless I will fill out and grow taller during my break and fight at 119 or possibly even 125 next year.

              As for my body type, fairly lean, quite muscular, well proportioned and toned especially for my size. I'm not a freak who never gets fat, I gain fat around my stomach when I stop training and eat more but it's usually fairly minimal and I usually still have some sort of ab definition even after 4 weeks or so.


              Just a sidenote, I really hate having to convert everything to lbs and inches in my head whenever we talk about these things lol, damn Americans, ever heard of the metric system?

                You sound like you are built similar to me (but bigger obviously) slightly longer reach than height, and we are both pretty lean when training so it's hard to drop weight. Man I even had trouble losing 4-5 lbs to make 110 a few weeks back.

                    Don't know what my reach is, but it's pretty ****ty (like my coach says).

                    My height is 79 inches.
                    My weight is 160 inches right because I'm in bad shape. 155 when I'm working out. And can get down to 145 if cutting.

                    Muscular build.

                      haha im not american, just go by what the pros do makes it easier to relate
