I usually drink a ON 100% whey shake after working out, it tastes great and is reasonably priced. A lot of people seem to really like this product

I stand by my statement. I still find it hard to believe and if it is true, I'm sure that the weight you are gaining has more to do with your diet that than the program itself.

However regardless of if it is true, it's personal belief of mine that there is no point in being big and muscular and looking strong if you're not strong. I'm not sure that the P90x participants can say that.

However with a good strength training program like 5x5 or WSFSB with thrown in "finishers" and conditioning drills, you get the total package. Strength, Size, Functionality and Conditioning.

      That's my take anyway.

True that. thats why i stopped taking Creatine. Im already a heavy built guy and i got on creatine for a few weeks and man i was ****ing huge(holding that water) but my reps didnt really increase a whole lot or my weight for that matter.

Besides nothings worse than seeing some big ass guy gettin his ass whipped by some small dude.

Word. I feel like creatine is a waste of money. I never really got anything from it except bloat. Maybe I'm a non-responder to it.

And yeah I'll take being strong over being big any day of the week. Stronger people are harder to kill. True story!

            exactly it was just bloat.

in a sport like boxing the worst thing you can do is put on bulk without strength coming with it. it slows you down and makes you tire out quicker. no point.

the people who respond to creatine are people like my roommate. he is like 5'8" 150 and has a terrible diet. He takes creatine and it makes that 150lb. frame look like 165. but its only because he is such a small built person.

I stand 6'0" at a walk around weight of 200-210lbs. and creatine just makes me look like a big ole no-necked troll.

I knew a guy at my gym who decided to get huge but completely negletced strength. I remember before he could do Pull-Ups with an attached 90lbs, now 25lbs gained later, he can barely do 8 bodyweight pull-ups.

big muscles are useless, it takes a lot of oxygen and calories to keep them working

Well when I've used Creatine I had no noticeable bloat and my strength gains seemed to increase faster. Maybe you guys are non-responders, because it has been researched and documented to be a proven and working supplement.

Anwaysm, WPI is just whey broken down further for quicker absorption. It will probably not help with you're hands either.

Whey isolate protein is better, but more expensive. I would stay away from that training program and rather print a sensible bulking training plan from a bodybuilding website/forum, eat right and just hit the gym.

WPI or WP Concentrate in the end really make no differences, WPI is better for lactose intolerant people (as its major difference).
