  • Did I tear something in my arms or biceps for punching air?

Like 2 days ago I was training in my neighbhor hood in a place similar to the size of a ring practicing shadow boxing and stuff. It was very hard and tiring moving around the thing like a ring and throwing punches at the air. But these past 2 days I've felt a real pain in my arms I think my biceps when I try to pull my arms up. Pain is pretty intense and its weird because I lift weights so I know what pain would be in my arms but I haven't lifted for awhile now.

I also took my swetshirt off and was doing this in kind of cold New Jersey weather but I was swetting and was hot because of how much energy I was using. Before shadow boxing I was jogging for a little bit around my town.

Get yourself to a doctor and get yourself checked.

When did you last do any shadow boxing? Do you partake in boxing training regularly? Just because when I've had a few months off in the past and gone straight back into flat out shadow boxing or bag/pad work, my arms have been in absolute agony between my bicep and inside elbow for several days afterwards. Absoulute agony!

i am not a physician but judging by your symptoms, you are suffering from uws,uws or commonly known as uncoordinated wild swinging, you will get better after a couple of days,if i were you i would seek the help of a trainer who may be able to get you swinging on the right track
