    It's alright Wanderlei, no prob and ye it is out of the ordinary which is why I asked here, since I always see pretty average looking guys bust out 180 lbs + no prob. For my form, I'm pretty sure I do it right, but I'm gonna get an outside opinion on that now for sure. I usually bench Mon/Wed/Fri which is when I do all my weight work.

      So you weigh 132 right now and bench 50kg?

        I weigh 135 lbs and bench 50 lbs.

          IMO you should beable to bench your own body weight ! and if you cant then thats what your goal should be to shoot for

              Are you heavy squatting and deadlifting?

              They are far more important than any amount of benching!

                I agree. Bench is more an ego lift anyway. I actually prefer Deads out of the three lifts.
