You said that you do pads for one hour, which meant that you do mitt work for one hour which I think is way too much and not even pro boxers do that much.

You spar everyday?
well we hold mitts for each other so its back and forth for that 40-60ish minutes of padwork/reaction drills. I would like to spar every day but ive only sparred the 2nd day i went, didnt go the next day because i couldnt walk, then sparred the next day after that rest day. If i was recovering faster i would love to spar every day but im respectfully getting my ass handed to me hah but i love it because its a learning experience. its not that im completely being outclassed or anything but they just have a lot more sparring experience. Its really good for me though because even though it was my second day sparring im getting comfortable really fast.
Just keep it up, there's always that first month or so where you just don't feel that great and tend to get whooped by everyone. Happens to everyone, you'll improve for sure. Just stay focused and work hard man, it'll pay off. And the blisters, just give it time, they'll go away and you should be able to go without getting them. But if you don't wanna deal with them see if the coaches will let you wear some boxing/wrestling shoes.
